Itzamna is a Mayan creator-deity whose name loosely translates to “nectar” or “dew”. The coffee bearing his alias is true to form: sweet chocolate notes and a thick buttery body, brimming with silky red-fruit juices and finishing with hints of praline and spice. It is a collection of the best coffees we purchase from three different farms in our favorite Guatemalan growing regions.
