Intelligentsia Coffee & Tea, Inc. has had a web presence for a few years. Along with our commitment to outstanding customer service, sourcing, roasting and serving the best coffees we can find, we have added a place for community on our own site. This is in no way to detract from other places for discussion of coffee on the internet, but to add to it. Any step to further the awareness of Specialty Coffee is a step in the right direction.
In addition to all terms and conditions outlined below, we ask that you be courteous and respectful to all users of this site. While we encourage open dialogue and discussion, please realize that this is, for many of us, a work environment, whether you are a café owner, barista, roaster, business owner, or have some other affiliation with the coffee industry, this is a place to further the world of Specialty Coffee. Please treat it as such.

As always, we have a 30 day return policy.
If you are unsatisfied with any purchase you have made with us for any reason, please contact us via the information below for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of shipment. Tell us your name, the order number, which items, how many you are returning, and the reason for the return. We will reply to the email with an Return Merchandise Account number and instructions on how to send the items back to us.
