Intelligentsia Coffee

"Working with Intelligentsia Coffee has been an absolute delight.  They’ve been incredibly supportive in developing our coffee program and shaping the way Mars Cafe approaches both coffee and customer service.  Intelligentsia is dedicated to those they work with and the communities that surround them, from the coffee’s source to the cafe.

The training program is another big reason we decided to serve Intelligentsia Coffee. A very hands on, accessible approach made it easy to train all of our baristas to maintain a consistent high quality standard. Not only do they produce great coffee, Intelligentsia stresses the importance of how that coffee is serviced efficiently. The way we serve coffee is both very technical and very fun.

Building a relationship with everyone at Intelligentsia has been important for us at Mars Cafe, and we’re excited for what the future of our partnership holds."
