At Intelligentsia Coffee and Tea we strive to send you the finest and freshest coffee possible.
If you place an order before midnight Sunday -Thursday (Central Time Zone), your coffee will be roasted, packed and shipped the next day. Orders placed Friday and Saturday will be roasted, packed, and shipped on Monday.
Due to this demanding schedule, we are not able to add additional items onto an order that is already in production. If you have already submitted an order and would like additional items, a separate order will need to be placed. An addition to a current order may cause a 24 hour delay in production and shipping.
Some orders placed on Thursday for Friday shipping may be delayed until Monday due to availability.
Please note that once an order is placed we are not able to hold that order for a date other than what is specified on the above Production Schedule.
Micro-Lots and Reserve Offerings
Our Reserve coffees (Cup of Excellence, Micro-Lots, Best of and other competition coffees) are only roasted on Mondays. ANY ORDER CONTAINING THESE COFFEES WILL BE DELAYED UNTIL THE NEXT AVAILABLE MONDAY. If you would like to purchase other coffees, but do not wish to have your entire order delayed, please place separate orders.
