Los Angeles is currently experiencing a renaissance on many fronts with neighborhoods forming in unexpected places in a city that once was, and still is, largely governed by freeways. We chose the charm of Silver Lake for our coffeebar, a long-time art, music, and idea-friendly neighborhood nestled between revitalizing Downtown and Hollywood and brushing up against the historically lovely Los Feliz. Our Roasting Works is in nearby Glassell Park, in a great space that offers state-of-the-art facilities for our quality assurance lab, and as well as training for our own baristas and our customers.

The centerpiece of our Los Angeles Roasting Works is a gas-powered Ideal Rapid Gothot 40-kilo roaster, custom-painted to match the color of our logo.
