This very small lot of the Geisha varietal is extraordinarily balanced and pristine. Floral aromatics blossom into red fruit and honeyed notes with a crisp lemon-lime acidity. The finish is smooth and clean with hints of vanilla bean and sugar cane. This coffee is only roasted on Mondays and your entire order will be added to the queue for the next available Monday.
