This 2011 spring-picked oolong comes from a high elevation garden in Nantou County located in Central Taiwan.  The Four Seasons Spring cultivar is prized for its complex floral flavor, bright aroma, and strength.  The light oxidation and baking accentuate the flavors of lilac, lily, and honey, while the high elevation contributes body and mouth-feel in this well rounded oolong.
