Globe-shaped oolong made from large deep green leaves.  The winter crop has a deep umami body that compliments the complex floral character.  The qin xin cultivar contributes soft notes of papaya and ripe mango.  The combination of cool fall  weather, high elevation, and misty micro-climate creates a very balanced cup with a sweet satisfying finish.
