2012 Jasmine Green is a traditional blend of spring-picked green tea scented with fresh aromatic jasmine blossoms.  Many jasmine scented teas undergo a pan-firing process.   Our Jasmine Green, in contrast, was gently baked to better absorb the complex aroma and flavor of jasmine.  Only scenting the tea repeatedly can create such a perfumed and fragrantly dynamic cup.

The nutty, sweet flavor of Organic Emerald Spring is a perfect introduction for novice green tea drinkers. Emerald Spring is mildly vegetal without the strong grassy or oceanic notes often associated with some green teas. The nuttiness is complimented by a rich, buttery body that further accentuates the more delicate flavors.

Eastern China black tea with aromas of cedar, citrus, and spice.  The creamy mouth-feel offers just a  touch of briskness while the deep flavors of pine, dried date, and black pepper are balanced with the concentrated sweetness of dried fruit.  Unlike most Keemun style teas the flavor is unadulterated with any smokiness which gives our Golden Keemun lots of clarity. 

Our version of the traditional English favorite features real bergamot oil, matched with a full-bodied Yunnan black tea to produce an intense floral citrus flavor with a smooth, lingering finish.

Only the buds from the famed ancient Da Yeh Yunnan varietal are used to produced this fine black tea. The smooth infusion yields flavors of baked yam, chocolate, and spice. The syrupy body and potent aroma help to make this one of the finest black teas in the world.

Our stalwart caffeine-free herbal blend seamlessly blends tart with sweet to create succulent, fruity refreshment. Flavors of blueberry, raspberry, and strawberry are combined with hibiscus to provide a dazzling scarlet hue.
