Edelweiss Finagro Estate, Tanzania
A mélange of two lots from Finagro and Edelweiss. Toasted marshmallow and sandalwood greet you in the nose while saturated notes of pomelo and red wine appear immediately on the palate. The acidity is tangy, reminiscent of tamarind while the mouthfeel sparkles up front and becomes pleasantly tannic in the finish.

Itzamna, Guatemala: Finca La Maravilla
Silky and velvety, full of smooth milk chocolate and dried stone fruits. The acidity is soft and balanced, nestled between notes of black forest cake and jam. A buttery finish compliments the creamy mouthfeel.

Kenya Thiriku
Boasting an effervescent mouthfeel, the acidity sits as marmalade and lime. Rhubarb, peach and blackberries confidently create the cup while an underbelly of dark chocolate and fig bars anchor the acidity. A certain aspect of winyness surfaces with cooling, adding dimension and complexity. The finish is clean and punctuated with hints of spiced rum.

An angelically clean coffee. The lime-like acidity strikes a balance with crisp apple, apricot and asian pear to create a buoyant character. The front end is juicy and quick while the finish bears a long and lingering swiss milk chocolate.

Organic Ethiopia Sidama Homecho Waeno
The aromatics of coffee blossom and violet make way for an incredibly graceful and elegant cup. The body has a light and silky quality, like fresh whipped cream, that beautifully compliments the ever-present note of citron, juniper berry and vanilla. As it cools, the cup blossoms into notes of confectioner's sugar, rosehips, and soft raisin, resonating on a pristine finish with a touch of milk chocolate.

Organic Ethiopia Sidama Shilcho
Red currants, plum and cranberry juice crowned with juniper and eucalyptus. The cup is plush and deep, almost mysterious as it cools and reveals more and more layers. The sweetness is marked by brown sugar and fig syrup while the acidity is meek and balanced bringing a steady arching roundness. The finish tapers into cinnamon and molasses cookies.

La Tortuga, Honduras Micro-Lot: La Isabella
Layered raspberry, tamarind, caramel and citrus. Incredibly intricate in flavor expression and mouthfeel. At times, the plushness of body becomes somewhat buoyant and juicy while in other moments smooth and silky. Fresh plum skin, fig and blackberry surface meekly as the cup cools. The finish brings sweet dark chocolate and a touch of baking spice.
