Hario Ceramic Dripper Filters

The Hario Ceramic Coffee Dripper brews a great single cup, but you need to make certain that you are using the right filter to achieve the desired results. While standard #1 and #2 cone filters have a flat bottom, the bottom of the Hario #1 and #2 filters comes to a point, which fits with the overall design of the brewer and extracts beautifully.

Dosing your coffee by weight is one of the most effective ways to produce a consistent brewing experience. You could measure with a scoop, but how can you tell if the coffee was rounded or flat? Was the coffee packed loosely or tightly? It is difficult to really tell.

Technivorm 10 Cup Brewer

These brewers are produced in the Netherlands and are only available through a few sources in the United States. The Technivorm brews directly into a thermal carafe, which allows the coffee to maintain temperature without direct heat, preventing that "burned" taste.
