The Barista Training for the Espresso Enthusiast Class is Intelligentsia’s basic barista training course open to the public. It is held at our New York Training lab located at 594 Broadway, Suite 909A. During your 3-hour session with Intelligentsia’s Training Team you will learn:

• Espresso preparation
• Milk steaming
• Latte art techniques

Additionally,

• The class takes a hands-on approach for all students, which means that you will spend the majority of time actually working on machines.
• Participants will taste many espressos and espresso-based drinks to develop their palates.
• This class is great for new or prospective retailers (regardless of experience) and for home enthusiasts eager to work with professional equipment.
• Everyone will leave with a pound of Black Cat Espresso for home practice.
