A perfect cup of coffee is one of the finest pleasures in life. Our home brewing class is designed to help you get the best from your home brewing set-up, as well as learn about alternatives. We'll cover grinders, electric machines, French presses, vacuum pots, pour-over style drip, and more. At the same time you'll get a whirlwind tour of different coffees from around the world, and we'll discuss which methods are best suited to which coffees. Classes last 1.5 hours, cost is $45. Participants also get a half-pound of Intelligentsia coffee to take home.
