The quetzal is a small bird found throughout Central America. It possesses a long tail, colored with vibrancy and thoughtfulness; a glorious sight that translates readily to the cup. Quetzal Breakfast Blend provides an acidity that washes over the palate, stopping at a finish of figs and clementines. The blend carries itself with more color than others, a little more fruit in the cup, and still a blossoming sweet body.
