We offer Decaf Librarian's Blend for those who know that decaf coffee can be complex and satisfying. Special care is given to this blend to maintain the most complete flavor experience possible. We source coffees from origins renowned for great coffee and steeped in tradition. They are rich in flavor and provide layers of texture in the mouth. Each of these coffees requires a special roast to bring out its best expression. We do trial after trial, and only after we have discovered the most appropriate roast and achieved the best flavor development do we carefully mix the coffees together to create our final blend.
Decaf Librarian's Blend is at once sophisticated yet simple offering. Complex fresh and dried fruit are supported by a well-balanced citrus acidity. Because this blend is decaffeinated, it is ideal any time of the day.
