Come taste some coffee with us! Cupping is the industry’s standardized method of critically evaluating coffee; it is how we select our green coffee and the most important piece of our Direct Trade buying model. This event will give you an opportunity to learn about tasting terminology, coffee processing, and coffee history while experiencing the best offerings in the Intelligentsia coffee line-up. You will be tasting with our Quality Control Department, Green Coffee Buying team, and Roasters. The cupping takes approximately two hours and you will receive a half pound of coffee to take home. Please try to arrive between 10:45 and 11AM and bring a printed copy of your order confirmation.
