Celebration Blend

Our 25th edition of Celebration Blend. A time to celebrate lightness of being. But let’s quickly discuss what makes it all worthwhile: it’s the work that goes into it. For almost a quarter of a century, we’ve been sharpening our game. From our partners overseas, to our buyers, to our roasting crew, to our quality assurance folks, each day we try to do it better than the day before, the week before, the month before, the year before. Our goal has always been to share the result of this work in each pound we roast and each cup we pour, from Chicago to Los Angeles to New York to Boston to Austin, and at all points between. Looking back, it’s hard to believe we’ve come this far. From humble beginnings as a plucky little roaster in Chicago to inspiring a whole new kind of coffee, the work never stops. But neither does the satisfaction in a job well done or the gratitude of our customers. Without you, nothing happens. Without you, there would be no audience for the kind of great coffee that is not the result of chance. So here’s to 25 more editions of the effort it takes to get a glorious result. Share some with your loved ones. Enjoy the season. And know we are prepared to put the work in to make 2020 even more remarkable than 2019.
